Requirements
There are no special requirements*. World Link Education's UK Programs are open to any person worldwide provided they are:
i) Aged 16 to 75 years old (with exceptions)
ii) In good health

* Special Entry Requirements apply for the following programs:

- – Minimum age 18 (16 years in low season).
- – Students aged 16-17 must book Host Family, Single Room
- London
- – Students aged 16-17 must book Host Family, Single Room
- Oxford
- – University Foundation Year: Minimum age 17. IELTS 5.5, Cambridge First Certificate Exam or equivalent plus good high school grades needed.
- – Pre-Foundation Year: English language level equivalent to IELTS 4.5.

* The Application is not complete until the original check is received.

NOTE: For programs in Oxford with special entry requirements, additional documents are required: High School Diploma, and IELTS score.

Within 10 working days of receiving your Application, we will send you:
i) A confirmation that we have received your Application
ii) An Acceptance Notice
iii) An Enrollment Form
A placement in the program will be held for you until you enroll.
Please read World Link Education's program information and Terms and Conditions before enrollment. To enroll and confirm your placement in the program:
- Complete the Enrollment Form
- Pay Program Fees by the due date (no later than 4 weeks before the 1st day of the Program - see 'Payment of Fees' below)
- FAX the Enrollment Form (1st page only) and a copy of Bank Receipt or Bank Check verifying payment to your nearest WLE Office
Within 5 working days of receiving your Enrollment Form, we will send you a confirmation that we have received your Enrollment Form and Fees and that your place in the program has been confirmed.
Citizens of European Union member countries do not need Visas to enter UK. Students coming from countries outside the European Union should contact their nearest British Embassy or Consulate for information on obtaining a visa.
Upon payment of Program Fees we will provide you with a Letter of Invitation confirming your enrollment in our English Language program.
Note: A processing fee will be charged for any requested changes to the Letter of Invitation. Mailing costs will also be charged for any Letter of Invitation sent by express mail.
Arrival details must be given at least 10 days before arrival; otherwise arrival transfer services will not be available. Send a Fax or Email to advise the nearest WLE Office of the:
- Arrival date
- Arrival time
- Arrival place - Name which Airport, Train station or Bus station
- Bus / Train / Flight Number
- Airline / Bus company
- Point of Origin
A WLE representative will meet students at their point of arrival and help them to their accommodation.
For Application, pay the non-refundable Application fee of US$100. For Enrollment, pay the applicable Program Fees. Payment may be made in 2 ways:
1) By Bank Transfer
Your bank will provide you with a Receipt that must be attached to your Application Form (or Enrollment Form). This is to verify payment.

2) By Bank Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order
Make the bank check payable to: 'WorldLink Education'
Write clearly the amount and send the check by courier or registered mail to the nearest World Link Education Office. WLE is not responsible for any losses or misplacement in the mail. Private checks are not accepted.
