To cater to for the varying needs of the participants enrolled in the program, a range of accommodation options is offered: Host Family, Executive Host Family, and Residence.
Placements are made on a first come first serve basis. Early application and enrolment is highly recommended to ensure that accommodation arrangements are confirmed. Accommodation reservations are made as soon as applications are received. Accommodation placement is confirmed when enrolment is completed and program fees are fully paid.
Accommodation starts on the Sunday before the first day of the program and ends on the Saturday after the last day of the program. Extra nights are subject to availability and extra charges.

Living in a warm and welcoming British home provides an excellent introduction to British life. This option allows students to practise their English in a family setting and learn about life and customs in England. Host families are carefully selected and visited regularly. A number of factors are taken into account, such as the cleanliness and comfort of the home, family presence and their ability to welcome international guests.
Single Room or Twin Room with Half Board (breakfast and dinner) is offered. Towels and bed linen are provided, however please bring your own swim or beach towel. Host Families are located on average 30-45 minutes from the school.
Any special requests such as allergies, special diets, preference for a non-smoking household or no pets should be stated clearly on the Application Form and will be taken into account when placements are made (requests are subject to availability).
With an executive host family you will have a Single Room (Half Board) with a private bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided, however please bring your own swim or beach towel. Host Families are located on average 30-45 minutes from the school.

The Residence option is available for students who wish to live independently in Brighton. The following Residence options are available:

Residence Budget (available all year. Minimum stay 8 weeks)
The residence is located within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés and leisure facilities. Single Room or Twin Room, Self-Catering is offered. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared. Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own swim or beach towel.
Residence Superior (available all year. Minimum stay 8 weeks)
The Superior residences are either located closer to school or are of a higher standard than the budget residence. Single Room or Twin Room, Self-Catering is offered. Bathroom, kitchen and lounge facilities are shared. Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own swim or beach towel.
Summer Residence Budget (available 15 July – 18 August)
The residence is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Single Room, Self-Catering is offered. Bathroom, kitchen and lounge facilities are shared. Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own swim or beach towel.
Summer Residence Superior (available 15 July – 18 August)
This accommodation option gives you a little more freedom and privacy as you will have a private bathroom. Kitchen and lounge facilities are shared. The residence is located in the centre of Brighton, approximately 20 minutes' walk from the school. Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own swim or beach towel.
For all Residence accommodation, a deposit of GBP 100 is required to be paid on arrival. The deposit is returned at the end of your stay provided there are no damages to the accommodation.
