To provide comfortable housing and extensive immersion in the British lifestyle, Host Family accommodation is offered. Residential accommodation is available in July and August.
Placements are made on a first come first serve basis. Early application and enrolment is highly recommended to ensure that accommodation arrangements are confirmed. Accommodation reservations are made as soon as applications are received. Accommodation placement is confirmed when enrolment is completed and program fees are fully paid.
Accommodation starts on the Sunday before the first day of the program and ends on the Saturday after the last day of the program.

In order to have access to your accommodation you will need to provide your arrival details such as day of arrival, time and place. Such information is required at least 10 days prior to your arrival. This will enable advance notice to be given to host families and arrangements for keys to the residence to be handed over upon arrival. Below is a description of the Accommodation options:
Living in a warm and welcoming British home provides an excellent introduction to British life. This option allows students to practise their English in a family setting and learn about life and customs in England. Host families are carefully selected and visited regularly. A number of factors are taken into account, such as the cleanliness and comfort of the home, family presence and their ability to welcome international guests.
Host Families are located 10 to 30 minutes from the school. Single room with Half Board is offered (breakfast and dinner every day and also a light lunch at weekends). Bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels.
Any special requests such as allergies, special diets, preference for a non-smoking household or no pets should be stated clearly on the Application Form and will be taken into account when placements are made (requests are subject to availability).
Note: Double room in host family is available for friends & family (all year) attending a program at the same dates.
For programs in Oxford, Host Family accommodation is subject to a high season charge in the summer period, from
June 16 to August 25 .

The student residence is located 100 metres from school. Bathroom and lounge facilities are shared. Single room with Half Board (breakfast and dinner) is offered. Meals are served in the school restaurant. Bedding and towels are provided.
A damage and key loss deposit of GBP 50 is required to be paid in cash by upon arrival. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay provided there is no damage to the accommodation or its contents.
