Free Guided excursions, Activities and Events

To ensure a comprehensive learning experience, a range of free guided excursions, after-class activities, cinema sessions and social events are included as part of the Total Immersion Program. These after-class activities provide the participants with education outside the classroom, expanding their vocabulary and knowledge of Italy's rich and varied culture, tradition, history, art and society. A calendar of scheduled events is provided at the start of the program and varies according to the student intake.

Admission and transportation are included at no additional cost. The program of scheduled activities varies. These excursions and activities are held on weekday afternoons or weekends and may include the following:

Visits:	To museums or places of particular interest. Approximately 4 hours long.
Seminars:	Focusing on current affairs or cultural topics such as Italian cooking, literature and history. Approximately 2 hours long.
Films:	Italian classics and recent films
Excursions:	Full day excursions to places such as Napoli, Firenze, Orvieto
Visit Rome:	Half day tour of Rome
Spaghettata:	Pasta and wine tasting

Optional weekend tours to other cities requiring overnight accommodation are available at additional cost.
